We provide the process and support for private companies to attain “reporting company” status under the federal securities laws and to list their securities on NASDAQ, the American Stock Exchange and/or the OTCBB. We leverage our status as a FINRA Broker Dealer to accomplish these objectives through an effective alternative to a traditional initial public offering or a “reverse merger”.

Unlike a reverse merger, our clients maintain their own legal identities and operating histories. They do not risk the assumption of undisclosed liabilities or face uncertainties caused by an unknown shareholder base or a poor trading history. Nor do they experience investment community negativity that typically attaches to companies who go public through a “back door” reverse merger.
